*Entry requirements: NREMT EMT Certification or Georgia EMT License *Course Dates: May 15 2025- September 4, 2025 (No class the week of July 4) *Classes will meet each Thursday (9:30 am- 4:30 pm) (Attendance is mandatory) *Classes will take place at EMTS Plus in Cordele, Ga (1106 E. 16th Avenue Suite I) *Computers or Tablets are required due to portions of the course being taught online *A minimum of 96 hours of EMS ride time is required at EMTS Plus contracted clinical sites. (Students may have to schedule extra hours to meet minimum clinical requirements) *Students must maintain an average of 75 or greater at the end of each section to stay in the program. *Absenteeism or tardiness will result in removal from the course. *A book will be provided by EMTS Plus. Books must be turned in at the end of the course in good condition or the student will be billed for the book. *A polo shirt for clinical rotations will be provided by EMTS Plus. *Students are required to purchase their own blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, pen light, pens, notebook, pants, belt and shoes (clinical uniform). *Students must provide copies of the following certificates prior to course completion: ICS 100 ICS 700 Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia In date Basic Life Support Certification Traffic Incident Management
